We all do it.
We rush past the gorgeous flower or stately tree, hurrying to our next "must do." But we've just missed a chance to nourish our brain with beauty, grace, wonder and other feel-good stuff.
Human brains have that stone-aged survival mindset; dangerous, stressful things are easily remembered; but the good things slide right off. That's why it's important to PAUSE and soak up the beauty you find - in nature, music, animals, people, experiences...whenever and wherever possible. With wisdom, we can practicing "tuning in" to the happiness station playing right around the corner.
